Cette note de recherche présente la démarche adoptée par le Cameroun à travers la stratégie nationale pour la mise en œuvre des activités de rapatriement des objets d’art illicitement exportés et déposés à l’étranger, afin de suivre et de contrôler, de manière concrète et prudente, les demandes issues de communautés qui ont subi des pillages.
520			_a‪The history of Cameroon's illegally exported collections differs from that of other African countries in two aspects: the presence of three colonial powers (Germany, France, Great Britain) and a context of strong community polarization of identities in repatriation and restitution claims. This research presents the approach adopted by Cameroon through the national strategy for the implementation of activities for the repatriation of works of art illicitly exported and deposited abroad, to monitor and control, in a concrete and cautious, requests from communities that have suffered looting.‪
