| 520 | _aOrganizational coaching : a practice inspired both by sociopsychology and consulting This article aims to describe an intervention approach presently called “organizational coaching”, which is inspired byboth consulting and sociopsychology.The description is based on a real case –that of an economically damaged organization in the French services industrythat served to launch a project for recovery, and received the full commitmentof those involved. Like the sociopsychological framework,this approach aims at putting into placefundamental change in the service ofthe individual. Simultaneously, it aimsat operational goals that require thedevelopment of efficient consulting tools“regenerated” by coaching values.
