Dans la deuxième, nous nous arrêterons à l’organisation de travail en montrant en quoi les formes qu’elle prend actuellement rendent caduque tout espoir de voir une évolution démocratique. Dans la troisième et dernière partie, nous décrirons un dispositif institutionnel mis en œuvre aujourd’hui, au service des « gens ordinaires », susceptible d’ouvrir une voie possible à un dépassement de la situation présente.

In the second part we will focus on the organisation of work, showing how the current forms that it takes quash any hope of seeing a democratic evolution. In the third and last part, we will describe an institutional measure that has been created today for the benefit of “ordinary people” and that may offer a way of overcoming the present situation.
