520			_aCe travail tente de déplier les enjeux cliniques, théoriques et épistémologiques autour de la notion contemporaine de psychose ordinaire. Après avoir rapidement envisagé quelques repères historiques, nous abordons la question problématique de la clinique différentielle tout en précisant que le rapport de psychose dite ordinaire ne peut se discerner sans la question des suppléances. Notre approche critique permet de mettre en perspective une forme d’étiquette diagnostique faisant l’économie d’une investigation psychopathologique afin de faire consister de manière problématique un discours sur la normalité de civilisation.
520			_aThis work tries to unfold clinical, theoretical and epistemological issues around the contemporary notion of ordinary psychosis. After briefly considering some historical references, we present the problematic issue of the differential clinic while stating that the report of so-called ordinary psychosis can not be decided without the question of compensations. Our critical approach allows us to put into perspective a form of diagnostic label that avoids a psychopathological investigation in order to make a problematic discourse about the normality of civilization.
