520			_aCet article se propose d’analyser le rôle joué par les collectifs de pairs dans le parcours de personnes à la fois salariées en contrat à durée déterminée d’insertion (CDDI) et bénéficiaires d’un accompagnement social et professionnel dans un atelier ou chantier d’insertion (ACI) sous l’angle des ressources mais également des contraintes induites par l’appartenance au collectif. L’investigation clinique s’appuie sur le matériel issu d’une enquête en psychodynamique du travail dont la méthodologie implique la constitution de groupes de pairs volontaires. Après avoir décrit la constitution du collectif de salarié·es en insertion dans le travail en commun sur le chantier, il s’agira de montrer comment le collectif de pairs contribue à la préservation de la santé mentale des travailleurs en favorisant les conditions d’une résistance à un destin social prédéterminé. Revers du soutien apporté par les pairs : les règles de métier du collectif comportent une dimension de contrainte liée au mimétisme qu’il impose. Outre une réflexion autour du soutien et des ambiguïtés du collectif de pairs dans le parcours singulier d’insertion des individus qui le composent, il s’agira de déterminer dans quelle mesure le rôle joué par les pairs permet que la mission d’insertion puisse être menée à bien.
520			_aThis article proposes to analyze the role played by peer groups in the lives of people both employed on fixed-term integration contracts (CDDI) and benefiting from social and professional support in an integration workshop (ACI), from the point of view of resources but also of the constraints induced by belonging to the group. The clinical investigation is based on material from a study in psychodynamics of work whose methodology involved the constitution of voluntary peer groups. After describing the constitution of the group of employees taking part in integration programs and their collaborative work within the workshop, we will show how the peer group contributes to the preservation of the mental health of the workers by supporting the conditions of a resistance to a predetermined social fate. The other side of the coin of peer support is that the rules of the trade of the collective include a dimension of constraint linked to the mimicry that it imposes. In addition to a reflection on the support and ambiguities of the peer group in the singular integration pathway of the individuals who make up the group, the aim will be to determine the extent to which the role played by the peers enables the integration mission to be carried out successfully.
