520 | _aIn the archives of the French archaeological mission in Larsa (1974-1989), there are two unpublished prehistoric stamp seals that deserve to be brought back from oblivion. They point to an indubitable occupation of the site during the so-called Jamdat Nasr period. This is an opportunity to draw attention to the existence of a third stamp seal, which was recovered in a room in the E.Babbar, where it had been left during a much later period in the early second millennium BC, according to a ritual that is known of from other contemporary sites. | ||
