520 _aThe end of the war in 2002 has permitted to Angola to reap the benefits of peace. Nevertheless, human development indicators are still alarming. Moreover, though one could expect a strong presence of development NGO in the country, this is not the case when in parallel, social corporate responsibility of oil companies funds or implements several development projects. We will focus on health field. We will draw a classification of the corporate social responsibility projects and show how they differ from NGO projects. We will then see how these new actors frame the public health model that is implemented.
