Indeed, it is what allows the implementation of close cooperation between national actors within a European area without internal borders. However, this duty of mutual trust can only be envisaged if it based on a set of common values. The crisis of values that the European Union is currently experiencing therefore constitutes a threat to this principle of European Union law and obliges us to rethink the way the Member States collaborate with each other. | ||
