520 _aThe aim of the present publication is to demonstrate that obsessive-compulsive disorders should not be prematurely associated with the diagnosis of obsessional neurosis. Illustrated by a clinical case, three theoretical points will allow us to demonstrate that the origin of the disorder’s organizing neurosis might be hysterical and not obsessional or psychotic. These three elements are the was of addressing the symptom, its identification, and its sexualization.
