520 _aThe first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the practices of mental health care, their frameworks, and the mechanisms for continuing the relationship initiated with patients. As part of the follow-up of an adolescent in a centre d’accueil thérapeutique à temps partiel (CATTP) (part-time therapeutic reception center), the author will unfold the passage and the necessary reorganizations of the institutional and group space to an individual time at a distance, constrained because of the lockdown measures. The extension of the therapy from a joint patient-caregiver creation through the mediating object that is the telephone will allow the patient’s psychic mobilization, sensory access to her emotional experience, and its possible transformation-elaboration through a return to presence, the expression of suffering finding a place at the risk of settling there.
