520 _aPsychiatric facilities had to reinvent themselves during the Covid 19 health crisis. Work environments were changed, care arrangements were shaken. Care teams had to reinvent their support for patients. What was known was suddenly no longer known. The institution’s habits and everyone’s rituals changed. More specifically, we will take the example of a psychiatric institution that takes in adult patients from general psychiatry. The health crisis thus appeared within an institution that already had a rich history, with its strengths and weaknesses. We will look at what these changes have meant for the professionals and also at the consequences this may have had on patient care. What balance did this crisis upset? How did the health crisis highlight preexisting problems?
