520 _aThe clinical analysis of precarity is approached as a form of compliance between social situation and physical suffering. Here we suggest that a recourse to the Real may animate some psychopathological symptoms. Interpretations of this recourse are outlined and referred back to primitive helplessness ( Hilflosigkeit) as challenged by psychosis. Some clinical elements are reported as a contribution to necessary clinical creativity.
