520 _aThe aim of this article is to examine the impact on teams and their psychosociological support of the methods of financing through calls for projects that have developed in the social and medical-social sectors, where the award of grants has gradually been replaced by the launch of public contracts and calls for projects. As well as introducing new values that are at odds with the founding values of the associations and the public bodies that respond to them, financing through calls for projects leads to organizational changes by becoming a central organizer. These changes disrupt the way professionals work, particularly in management and executive roles, and re-examine the meaning and purpose of their work. As a result, managers regularly turn to a third party for support, one of the main challenges of which is to rebuild the institution by re-appropriating their project.
