520 _aTraining questions in a paradigmatic way the intersections between internal reality/external reality and between the subject and the group. Training thus calls on the transmission processes that are supposed to allow for real appropriation by the subject. There may be an intrinsic form of violence in this process, possibly compounded by unfavourable institutional workings. The socius could partially contain them by allowing their inclusion. With the weakening of metaframeworks, violence per se becomes preponderant over the binding effect it can entail. The university, with its groups of affiliation, its territorial conflicts, its administrative stalemates, etc. can be, at least partially, an illustration of this loss of meaning.
