245 0 0 _aDiagnostic approach and care process in psychoanalytic family therapy: What kind of link is possible?
260 _c2021.

520 _aThe issue of diagnosis is increasingly central to the work of child psychiatry facilities. It has even become a primary issue in terms of care policies and is the subject of dedicated structures and budgets, which are often cut off from the therapeutic field. Through the case of parents who originally requested a diagnosis for their daughter, the authors bring to light, in parallel, the importance of psychic work through psychoanalytic family therapy. In short, the process of care and the search for a diagnosis nourish and evolve mutually, avoiding the pitfall of a frozen conceptual object. Thanks to this global request reception system, a place is given to individual psychic issues, which reinstates them in a common history, shared by the family group, creating a subjective position that had until this point been unreachable for the child.
