Ce fonctionnement est lui aussi le réceptacle des contenus inconscients apportés par les patients reçus. Dans cet article, nous explorons une vignette clinique et ses résonances avec les mouvements groupaux observés dans l’institution. Par ces allers et retours nous revenons sur la dimension fondamentale à explorer l’histoire dont nous héritons, qu’elle soit défendue, maintenue au secret ou présentée comme interdite. Ce constat nous amène à soutenir l’intérêt de la groupalité et de la circularité des liens, plutôt que l’entretien d’un entre-soi pathogène.
520			_aEach institution presents a singular organization in which the professionals participate. This functioning is also the receptacle of the unconscious contents brought by the patients received. In this article, we explore a clinical vignette and its resonances with the group movements observed in the institution. Through this back and forth, we return to the fundamental dimension of exploring the History we inherit, whether it is defended, kept secret or presented as forbidden. This observation leads us to support the interest of groupality and the circularity of links, rather than the maintenance of a pathogenic “entre-soi”.
