| 520 | _aDans le présent travail, nous nous intéressons à la question de la prévention précoce dans un lieu d’accueil enfants-parents et cherchons à montrer comment nos interventions cliniques peuvent favoriser la mise en place d’opérations fondamentales dans la constitution du sujet, avec la promotion d’effets structurants pour le jeune enfant. Nous abordons trois axes d’intervention sur le lien de l’enfant à l’Autre : quant à son établissement initial, sa dimension narcissique ou encore la possibilité d’émergence du désir chez l’enfant. Nous proposons enfin de concevoir la prévention comme l’accompagnement visant l’instauration de la subjectivité, à travers la promotion d’espaces de désir et d’expériences singulières. | ||
| 520 | _aIn the present work, we are interested in the issue of early prevention in a welcoming center for children and parents, and we seek to demonstrate how our clinical interventions can promote the fundamental operations of the subject’s constitution, with the production of structuring effects on a young child. We approach three axes of intervention in terms of their bond to the primordial Other: on its initial establishment, in the narcissistic dimension, or even seeking the emergence of the child’s desire. We propose to conceive prevention as the accompaniment that aims to establish subjectivity through the promotion of desire spaces and of singular experiences. | ||
