| 520 | _aRésuméD’une étude précédente basée sur l’écoute de femmes présentant une vulvodynie, nous avançons que ce symptôme organique de douleur vulvaire chronique peut être considéré, d’un point de vue psychanalytique, comme représentant une question à propos de la féminité. Pour le psychanalyste, l’identité n’a rien à voir avec la génétique, l’anatomie, l’identité de genre, la place dans la famille, le rôle social... mais avec un processus très complexe appelé sexuation.Le retour à l’histoire de « Baubo-la vulve mythique » nous donne un éclairage au sujet de cette représentation : celle, comme le pénis, du phallus symbolique.Reconsidérant les trois entretiens que nous avons eus avec 126 femmes au cours de leur mise au point médicale, nous pouvons identifier des séries cliniques caractérisées par différents traits : conflits psychiques entre position maternelle et position féminine, identifications imaginaires au père ou à la mère, arrêt sur le trajet pulsionnel ou le processus de subjectivation. | ||
