Nous examinons ici cette question à travers le traitement judiciaire d’un crime – une situation d’inceste – lors d’une session en Cour d’Assises. Notre hypothèse est que, par le déroulé de la session d’assises, s’institue un méta-système créant une synchronisation de l’ensemble des sous-systèmes dont ceux de soin et de protection. C’est à partir de la rencontre clinique avec Sophie en institution pédopsychiatrique, puis du procès en Cour d’assises de son agresseur auquel nous avons assisté dans le cadre de notre formation systémique, que nous déploierons notre argumentation. | ||
