Les exigences d’un test de dépistage son rappelées, et le détail de la validation du test, contre le Bayley et le WISC, sont donnés, ainsi que la méthode de validation clinique, avec 654 enfants de moins de 6 ans issus d’un faubourg de Buenos Aires. Le test obtient une très bonne valeur prédictive positive de .94, une valeur prédictive négative de .78, le taux de faux positifs est de 6% et celui de faux négatifs de 20%. Les tests de développement auront une importante croissante pour le dépistage et l’intervention précoce. | ||
