Les signes de souffrance de 52 dyades mère-bébé tout venant sont évalués au post-partum immédiat, à 3 mois, 6 mois et un an avec une double méthodologie, outillée (EPDS, ADBB, PIPE) et clinique (observation inspirée de la méthode de Bick et entretien). L’efficience repose sur un maillage de dispositifs qui permet successivement des interventions en prévention primaire, secondaire puis dans un engagement thérapeutique. Le repérage de la souffrance est discuté ainsi que l’intérêt stratégique du suivi longitudinal des dyades. | ||
