Or le mot est capté pour des causes très diverses : celles de « la victime », mais aussi du délinquant, de la communauté, etc. ; celles de leurs défenseurs aussi : la survie de dénominations protestantes anabaptistes, la critique criminologique, la pérennisation de professions para-judiciaires... En analysant la justice restauratrice comme un « mouvement » articulant des mobilisations situées dans des espaces sociaux éloignés les uns des autres, on peut aussi peser l’affadissement de l’ambition réformatrice d’un « mouvement social radical ». | ||
