520 | _aThe author presents an operative system of a collective psychoanalytical work that was adopted in the Cerep-Montsouris daycare hospital in the seventies. The adolescents concerned by this measure suffer from severe, but not deficient, subjectification disorders (delirium, behavioral disorders). Our experience of psychoanalytic psychodrama, and then of clinical teamwork, allowed us to capture the phenomenon of transferences diffracted onto several caregivers working with each teenager. This led us to consider that the team members directly concerned by these psychological movements were the most appropriate to perform the therapy with his/her family. | ||
