Thanks to a device built so as to be as close as possible to the clinical interview framework entitled visioconsultation, several interviews have been carried out with two groups of subjects: some having been followed previously in a classical psychotherapeutic framework, and others having been met for the first time in visioconsultation. The data collected was analyzed with reference to interactive schemes in their behavioral, affective, and fantastical dimension. The look aspect in particular has been considered, so as to elaborate the specular aspect of the mirroring relation through transference and counter-transference, and avoid promoting appropriation in the image. Results of this research show that it has been possible to see the patients’ subjectivity emerge and to promote access to intersubjectivity.
