520 | _aFor the establishments and services of the social and medicosocial sector, the moment for external evaluation is now! Most have already sent their reports on internal evaluation to the controlling administrations. These reports have seriously underestimated the engagement of associations, managerial structures, and professional teams in this process, whether in terms of financial costs or dynamics for improving quality. The administrative approach remains largely one of compliance upgrades, and these are implemented today by external evaluation firms. The culture of evaluation has not really affected the sponsoring administrations, which still refer to the logics of control, inspection, or auditing: thus, in a context of increased management, the tenders and calls for projects take precedence for them over a genuine global appropriation of the culture of evaluation, its ethics, and methods. | ||
