520 _aThe pandemic of Covid-19 triggered a health crisis situation imposing a new work organization on hospital staff. Without being at the forefront of the pandemic, the psychiatric hospital is nevertheless organizing itself to be able to care for psychiatric patients affected by Covid-19. What psychological impact does this crisis have for caregivers? This article examines the psychological support offered to psychiatric hospital staff during the first wave of this crisis. The missions of the clinical psychologist working with the hospital staff will be discussed, as well as the changes in the work organization relative to the pandemic. The questions of the therapeutic relationship, the setting and its limitations will be worked on.
