520 _aIntervention on behalf of established teams, in contexts of change and crisis, faces us with intergenerational issues in respect of different generations but also with transgenerational issues through traumatic events that have not been elaborated. Teams find that they are caught up in repetitions, a sense if being ill-at-ease, and an impossibility of changing. Through a situation of intervention, we evoke the contributions of Jean Claude Rouchy and Monique Soula Desroche, who both drew inspiration from the theories of Nicolas Abraha and Maria Torok, to the clinical approach to intervention, in particular around questions pertaining to inter- and transgenerational issues.
