Teams find that they are caught up in repetitions, a sense if being ill-at-ease, and an impossibility of changing. Through a situation of intervention, we evoke the contributions of Jean Claude Rouchy and Monique Soula Desroche, who both drew inspiration from the theories of Nicolas Abraha and Maria Torok, to the clinical approach to intervention, in particular around questions pertaining to inter- and transgenerational issues. | ||
