520 _aThis article offers an analysis of the social-psychic logics at work in organizations of the social and solidarity economy (sse). Through an account of an intervention focused essentially on supporting a “change of scale” within a company involved in a logic of social innovation, it highlights the imperative and delicate task of the intervening clinician to bring out the psychosocial demand in an organizational context permeated by managerial logics. Taking a socio-clinical approach, we consider the intervention as a possible reactivation of an imaginary driving force that allows us to step back from our relationship with the ideal within a containing transitional space.
