520 _aThe issue of measuring the risk of acting out is subject to debate, and the answer is never binary. The reflection carried out around this issue aims to approach how the anchoring effect in psychic care could lead to an evolution other than a murderous one for the subject.Starting from a clinical situation allows us to articulate the different aspects of an encounter with care. We will discuss what possibilities there are for the displacement of violence through care, i.e, through the “restraining function of the coercive framework” and the “containment function of the caregiver” (Morhain, 2012). We will also develop the aspect of the homicidal crisis as the counterpart of the suicide crisis, which will allow us to question what the subject seeks to achieve in the other.
