520 _aNowadays, the younger generations, siblings, are always part of a complex and polarized transgenerational perspective, regardless of the genders involved in their birth. Such an observation contradicts the qualifying methods (single parenthood) of many families in multiple forms of distress in which one of the two parents assumes full responsibility for the children’s daily care. The benefits associated with this qualification make it uncomfortable to challenge it, but this is nevertheless necessary for the balance of power between the family institution and the institutions of assistance, care, education, and control. The “Cliniques de Concertation” (Consultation clinics), a therapeutic, research, and training mechanism at the service of the Therapeutic Network, try to reduce this type of disconcerting discomfort.
