520 _aBased on six sessions with parents who have lost a baby during a multiple pregnancy, in a neonatal intensive care unit, we will try to identify the specific aspects of the grieving process in such situations. Each individual testimony is of great interest in itself, as parents are asked to share the suffering and emotions integral to each unique and personal story. We have tried to identify guiding principles in order to shed light on this process, marked by the persistence of an intolerable aching pain that impossible to live or work through, and a terrible emotional interweaving of life and death.
