520 | _aIn light of the decline of blogs’ popularity in the newsroom, this article questions the editorial, socio-professional, and organizational challenges that they induced within French media Le Monde (Turner, 1995; Salles, 2010). Did blogs contribute to the advent of new journalistic forms, new practices, and the reorganization of the newsroom? Journalists have made use of blogs in their endeavor to rethink the way they produce news for the digital realm.
