520 _aBased on a corpus of eight heritage mobile applications in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, this qualitative study highlights new ways of exercising political power that go beyond those specific to the heritage process and that involve new stakeholders. At a first level, the study reveals a horizontalization of the organization in the form of a dynamic of governance that is shared and distributed between the various actors. At a second level, power is primarily expressed through multiple temporal dynamics that underline the process of negotiations at work in these projects. Across the board, we bear witness to a progressive shift of power from political actors to the service providers involved in the digital field.
