520 _aThis article aims to identify the sources of support for inclusion for professionals working in ordinary childcare structures. We conducted semi-structured interviews with ten professionals working in daycare centers in the Paris region. Our results demonstrate the informational, emotional, and relational aspects of perceived support and of working in a network of specialized structures.
