520 _aThe present work, as part of a master’s degree in clinical psychology and phenomenology, focuses on a patient suffering from chronic pain. For the patient, her disease implied a tear in her existence, a loss of meaning and of her reference points. Through an approach based on the encounter with the horse, thanks to a primal process return with sensory techniques (contact, relaxation, body in motion, visualization), the patient was able to regain contact with her feelings, her body and to open up to new existential potentialities.
