After showing the wealth of twenty years of scientific production, the author highlights a confusion in the vocabulary and suggests completing the present knowledge by using the term “transfert d’entreprise,” the French translation of “business transfer.” She suggests a definition, a mapping of the ways of transferring, and a link to the theories of entrepreneurial exit and entry. This way of thinking leads to new research avenues. | ||
