520 _aThe recent advances of perinatal medicine induce an increasing survival rate for extremely premature infants. The psychomotor development of these infants is a key issue for neonatal care. Our institution has created a multidisciplinary clinic involving paediatricians and psychomotor consultants or physiotherapists during the same consultation. Objectives of this local follow-up program are to evaluate the infants’ neurodevelopmental outcome and to guide their family after discharge.
