The aim of our paper is to underline the importance of the subjective factors within the expert which could paralyze his perception of red flags, acting as a real brake in his mission of protection. The particularity of the situations, the intersubjective factors at stake, and dynamics proper to each expert have to justify maintaining constant questioning.
