Different conceptions can influence how a health problem is formulated on the collective scale, or how health-related behaviours are developed. These differences are related to the various tools, methods and theories in use as well as to different views of the individual in society. A variety of action plans have arisen from these different conceptions, whose implementation raises practical and ethical questions. However, the principles of promoting health seem to be gradually gaining ground. | ||
