245 0 0 _aThe Perception of the Cycle of Educational Reforms by Teachers in Albania: A Well-assimilated Transition?
260 _c2017.

520 _aAfter the fall of the communist regime in 1991, Albania carried out an in-depth reform of its educational system in which it shifted towards the Western model adopted in Central and Eastern Europe. These transformations of a political, structural and pedagogical order have changed as much the educational programs as the pedagogical approaches. This article retraces an exploratory search regarding their perception by Albanese teachers. If they speak little of the broad political and structural orientations of the reforms of which they are a relatively faithful and positive representation, they express above all their daily concerns: class management, the role of students in his or her learning process, relations with parents, teaching methods, etc. They criticize the process of selecting textbooks without consulting the concerned players. This research highlights the representations of teachers with regard to the changes operated after the communist era, it questions the conditions of a modernisation of an education system.
