Combining the approaches of urban sociology, the sociology of social policies and that of local power, this article offers a comparative analysis of the deliberation and allocation practices of three municipal commissions in one departement in the greater Paris region in order to shed light on the locally differentiated forms and unequal treatment of households that structure the implementation of this historic access scheme for the right to housing. | ||
