520 _aAfter 1945 in Eastern Europe the Stakhanovite movement represented one of the most important steps for building the new Communist society. Adolf Hennecke represented the major figure of his “heroism” in the firm. By exceeding production norms, he contributed towards creating an “over-reality,” which led to the implementation of terror in industrial plants, as well as the reduction of wages, numerous conflicts and major disorder. All of these factors eventually provoked the liquidation of the Stakhanovite movement.
