520 _aBy slipping one of Victor Hugo’s handwritten letter’s for his teacher into his schoolbag, the author’s grandmother created an ambiguous vocation for him: “to make a writer of himself” in a fierce quest for recognition, while using the pen, he was able to overcome the burden of the false appearances of the “high society” from which he came. The author finally found the essence through writing: a way to live intensely and a way to cultivate personal sensitivity totally freely. This author took the path of narcissistic healing by giving up literary glory and by becoming a Gestalt therapist in order to “write life”. From his heavenly Olympus, merciful Hugo should forgive him for that.
