520 _aThe irruption of death, like sexual abuse, notably incest, most often leads to a secret in which our patients are held, remaining frozen. The opposite of the “little secret” is this obscure secret. It is morbid because it attacks the laws of Life. Two clinical vignettes illustrate the power and the mechanism of the confinement in which these patients are seized. I describe here their long-term accompaniment. Life will be able to open up step by step thanks to the regular, solid and framed therapeutic thread allowing all forms of invitation to speak.
