520 _aFollowing a visit to the François Roustang collection at the IMEC (Institute of Memoirs in Contemporary Publishing), the author wished to highlight several “therapeutic aphorisms” that could shed light on theoretical and clinical reflection in Gestalt. François Roustang’s approach, centered on the therapist’s presence in the immediacy of the relationship with the patient, the relationship with the living body and the importance given to the environment as an agent of change, constitutes in many respects a useful corpus for joint reflection between Gestaltists and hypnotherapists.
