520 _aAnalysis of professional practice is an increasingly popular tool in the social sector. Requests can come both from the management of facilities and from social workers themselves, with each of them defining different objectives. In addition, this increase leads to competition between stakeholders, raising the question of recruitment and room for maneuver in the arrangement of the tool compared to the initial request. There are three issues behind the implementation of the analysis of professional practice: that of formulating the request to define expectations; that of co-construction and negotiation to arrive at organizational arrangements; and, finally, the ethical dimension in the practitioner’s posture. The practitioner should not define the objectives alone. These should be the result of an analysis of the request to determine the needs and recruitment of the practitioner.
