520 _aA survey of mobile teams and palliative care unit professionals identified resistance to the Professional Practice Evaluation (PPE) approach. Convergences with the appropriation of the PPE approach in other disciplines emerge: need for training, management support, collaboration with experts and institutional recognition. It is important to defuse the resistance and to choose a consensual theme. However, health care workers also have real expectations and the successful implementation oPPE can reinforce their motivation to continue and revisit their professions in order to improve practices.
