245 0 0 _aSupervision: A bulwark against the destruction of the collective? Example of an adolescent CATTP (therapeutic part-time center)

520 _aWhat is it that makes a care collective “stay the course”? The current state of our care practice is undermined by the disorganization of collectives, subsequent to the overhaul of institutions by a profit-oriented administration. What is to become of our utopias? Here we come back to the question of cultural mediations within health care institutions. Creativity is a bulwark against chronicity and destructivity. However, mediation groups are also confronted with budget cuts and the negative attitudes of participants both internal and external. Thinking about this will lead us to propose the necessity to adapt healthcare collectives to the current paradigm shifts in healthcare—for example, from classic psychiatric institutions to new facilities such as teenage therapeutic centers. This adaptation, while preserving or reinforcing internal reflection on our practices, will at the same time constantly take into account the positions and counter-attitudes of professionals—in our opinion, via monitoring, the exact nature of which is open to discussion. We take the example of a CATTP (Part-time-therapeutic center) for teens and the development of its practices in the field of child psychiatry.
