520 _aAn African non-governmental organization working with street children regularly welcomes Western trainees, particularly in psychology, who participate in its activities alongside local salaried agents. This raises the question of acculturation and intercultural relations in the workplace. A request for an analysis of practice was made by the management of this NGO. A psychosociological and clinical analysis of the NGO was carried out on the basis of the observations of trainees and former trainees and the discourse of the participants in this review of practice. The main theoretical model chosen was that of the nesting of the seven entities presented by Eugène Enriquez in L’organisation en analyse (2003). In addition, taking into account the intercultural dimension between a formerly colonized country and a formerly colonizing country enabled us to highlight certain organizational dysfunctions and certain intergroup dynamics.
