520 _aIn Quebec, the context of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted to radical transformations in the organization of work. From a rate of about 15% of organizations offering telework, the number of teleworkers has risen to 40% by May 2020. How have parents experienced their working time-family life conciliation in this province where family policy promotes women’s activity? How have employers behaved towards their employees in a teleworking situation? Does the organizational support offered, in terms of reducing the employer’s expectations and level of understanding, differ according to gender, type of organization and job category? In order to answer these questions, we analyze data from a survey conducted in May 2020 among 2,293 Quebec workers who have children.
